Hi Pat, it would not be hard to modify this for a butterfly. I’ll stitch one up tomorrow and post a pic for you! Basically what I would do is make 4 U shapes instead of 5 — making the two in the middle wider than the two on each end. Then when you gather it in the middle you’ll have butterfly wings. Does that make sense?
