1- I love bright color combos. I think a fun one would be pink/orange/yellow.

2- I might be dumb, but I couldn't find the link to the care for the pads. I would LOVE to see a good how-to like your other faq pages on that.

3- I troll one of the "local" online thriftstore-like-places *L* My best finds so far have been my sewing machines!

What a fun way to do the giveaway.

1: For the pincushion (which is absolutely adorable): I would love, love, love some purple/turquiose batik. My favorites!

2: For the pantyliners: I haven't had the chance to try these yet, but am looking forward to it. I would definitely say word of mouth.

3: I go "thrifting" every single chance I get - at least weekly. Favorite find was a whole trunk of vintage fabrics that were extremely well cared for.

Thank you for entering me in your drawings.

For #1: A dream fabric color combo would be greens and blues all mingling together like a deep ocean color - yum!

For #2: I've been thinking about making cloth-pads and would love to try these - sounds like a great idea! For your FAQ, I'd like to see washing information.

For #3: I don't get to go thrifting that often (maybe once a month or so). My favorite find has been a cashmere/silk deep violet sweater that I thrifted the yarn from. It was an XXL, so that's a lot of gorgeous yarn!

For #1: It would be rather fantastic to find a batik in shades oof green and where the pattern of the batik had the sheep! :)

For #3: My best vintage/thrift find was a wool cardigan that i disassembled back down to the yarn, handdyed, and was able to make two knitted and felted purses for gifts out of.

Thanks!

1) Honestly, if it's batik, I want to see as many bright colors as possible all mixed in. That would be my dream!

2) I haven't converted yet because of my husband. Find a way to get the men on board (make sure they know that they'll NEVER have to deal with/see them) and you'll convert more women too!

3) I found some beyond gorgeous vintage German pillowcases recently, and I turned each one into a skirt. They're wonderful!

Thanks for the giveaway!

#3 I go to garage/estate sales about 3 times a month and just love finding treasures. One of my favorite finds is the huge Bow Maker that was left on "the last day" at a prominent family's estate sale. It is at least 40 years old and still working great. I even blogged about it because I was so excited with the FIND:

I just love it!

For #2
I'm not sure on the answer to this they are SO good, but I think people don't trust them ... maybe by word of mouth? I swear by these pads now - they have made *such* a difference to me!! It's amazing and I tell all my girlfriends ... even if it is not necessarily 'nice' conversation! ;)

For #3
I go thrifting at least once a week - I have a few favorite places and go further afield every month ... my kids have grown to love it!! My best find recently was an Art Deco tray that I bought for my Mum for mothers day - for $4!!!

Oh and I forgot to say that I also LOOOOVE "thrifting". My best finds were some vintage crockery - two detailed white porcelain salt and pepper shakers, a diamond faceted glass and a gorgeous floral glass platter (the latter two I glued together to make a cake stand). Thanks for this fun giveaway!

Hmmm...favourite colour combo. I loved purple and yellow together when I was growing up. And I still love irises so must still enjoy that combo. LOVE the batik fabric you've used.

Oh I'd love #2 the cloth menstrual pads. I'm just getting ready to start using mama cloth.

I guess the #1 info I'd like is just how good is mama cloth in a heavy flow !
